Monel products have good acid-resisting and corrosion resistance. ASTM B165 Standard Tested by RPC(Third party.).

Corrosion resistant: - Sulfuric and hydrochloric acids resistant under reducing conditions.- Stress corrosion cracking and pitting resistant.- Hydrofluoric acid resistant in all concentrations up to the boiling point.- More oxidizing attack resistant than copper alloys.- Very low corrosion rates in flowing seawater.
